1. No Refund Policy

All sales at Winterfawl are final. Due to the digital nature of our products — which are delivered instantly upon payment — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a digital file has been downloaded or a template link has been accessed, the product has been consumed. This policy is standard practice for digital product sellers worldwide.

3. Before You Purchase

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, preview images, and details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please contact us at support@winterfawl.com — we are happy to help you make the right choice.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product — such as a broken download link or corrupted file — please contact us at support@winterfawl.com within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly by providing a new download link or replacement file.

5. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if: (a) the product delivered is significantly different from what was described; or (b) a duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error. Refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to our payment processor. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts suspended.
