1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Winterfawl ("the Store", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Winterfawl.
2. Products
Winterfawl sells digital products including PDF planners, PowerPoint templates, and Canva templates. All products are delivered digitally via download link or template access sent to your registered email address. Products are available for purchase as single, one-time transactions.
3. License & Permitted Use
All products sold by Winterfawl are licensed for Personal Use Only. You may use the purchased product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or use our products for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Winterfawl. Customization for personal use is permitted.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) resell or redistribute any Winterfawl product; (b) claim ownership or authorship of our products; (c) use our products to create competing products; (d) share download links with others; (e) use our products for commercial client work without a commercial license.
5. Account
An account is required to purchase from Winterfawl. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Winterfawl does not store your payment information.
7. Downloads
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your download link. Download links are valid for 48 hours and may be used up to 3 times. You may re-download any purchased product at any time by visiting your account at winterfawl.com/account/purchases.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at support@winterfawl.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All products, designs, content, and materials on Winterfawl are the intellectual property of Winterfawl and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the buyer.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Winterfawl does not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. Your use of our products is at your sole risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winterfawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
